Hi Guys
I'm reassembling my heater core and I have a spring that holds the footwell flap closed thats fallen off. I cannot seem to understand how this spring gets attached to the arm of the flap.
Looking at the service manual doesnt give much detail on it, wondering if this has troubled anyone else?

Re: Heater Flap Spring
No help I am sure, but...
When I disassembled my heater box, there were no springs at all.
Everything was held in place either by gravity, or by the operating cables.

Maybe one day I might get it finished

Thaks for the reply , my heater flaps look a little different to yours (I suspect my heater core has been replaced with one from a caravelle)
