My father in law's 2.5D T4 has lost power, noticeable at speed, it doesn't go up hills anymore. He's been told it's either the turbo, injectors or injector pump amounting to £2k of parts. Does anyone know a good specialist in the Midlands who can help diagnose the problem.

Check for a boost pipe leak or pipe popped off

Thanks, he's changed the boost pipes, MAF and MAP apparently but no improvement. No fault codes come up. Loss of power, changing down for hills all the time, 10 to 15% reduction in fuel economy.

Check the fuel pump belts not worn, quite often people don’t replace them when they do the cam belt
