stiff when changing gear
as title says When i got the van it had new bushes and linkages fitted but I fin changing gear stiff, and I have tennis elbow which is not helping matters when i dive her

They used to put bromide in your tea to cure that!

I had the same problem bud, sprayed some GT85 on the bushes and shift rod where it goes through and it's way better, much less effort required to change gear.

See if gear changes improve when its raining and the underneath is being sprayed with water - thats often a giveaway as to the cause.
