Aaah yes I can see it now.
That would do the trick and I'd get less grief from the TüV man.

I found one on ebay when I searched for the Seat version.
He wants 39 glocken but I've offered him 30 - we'll see.

Re: The Toad's DG to AGG Gti Conversion
Titus when I get home later on I'll try to write down what I did. In the end I fitted all new cables due to a few reasons. Herb came up with a good way to wire it up for me using most of the existing cable, I'll find it later.
Also I picked up a 1.9 wbx air box for around a tenner I think?..

Not sure this is of any help re: the air box - but might be worth contacting Olly at T25 direct to see where the air-box is placed and whether they use an alternative:

Hi, Syncroandy found a neat solution with a Subaru air box and posted some pictures recently and Garyd used a Peugeot one on his AGG.

It's the nause with the wiring that puts me off.
After moving the battery under the seat, this is the most streamlined wiring you can do
any other cables that are there, can just be attached to the Alt or starter.Just connect the earth to the body next to the battery and use the original engine earth strap to the body. Connect the alternator cable to the starter so the power then runs up the starter cable to the battery.
I did mine a bit differently as i use all new probably oversized cables, and fitted a high amp junction box, so there is a place to jump start from the engine bay if needed.
page 240.. i drilled a hole through the bulkhead into where the battery now is. There should be a little dimple on the bulkhead, and this is where you drill the hole. (on the petrol vans this is where the loom comes through for the ECU)

Well the Germans ears must have been burning. Look what arrived today.
Paid for on the 27th so had assumed it was lost.
For anyone on the lookout its VW part number 6K0129607AL
fitted around 2002 to Polo SDi and Seat Ibiza III (6K1) 1.9 SDI with engine codes AGP and AQM

Not sure if it's any help but here's a few pictures of a conversion I did for a customer.
http://www.onthebeatentrack.co.uk/t3-2-0l-agg-instal/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
I mounted a cone filter the the MAF and attached that to One of those light void covers we sell.
Then covered the cover with textured black vinyl.
Looks tidy and is robust.
