hub caps

just got some standard stell wheels and im going to put chrome hubcaps on them do they just fit on over the small lugs over the raised part in the centre or do i need to put the brackets on them cheers jeff

they just fit over jeff you just knock them on with your hand , they also do a wire tool what should be in your original toolkit what makes removing them easy so you dont damage the wheels
