I imagine a diagram with measurements would be worth putting on here as so few of the mirrors are sold without a loom. Don't suppose you have one for the electric windows do you?

Re: WBXlog
One of us may have spotted that the hose clamp is slightly rusty and spoils the appearance of an otherwise shiny engine bay... :rofl No point having a shiny clip on a van that hasn't left your driveway for a year :rofl At least with stainless, the fittings still look like new on or off the drive!!!

Re: Buying a powered truck mirror
They rarely come with the loom, however the wiring is very simple and the only thing you need to remove is the heater duct/cover in front of the gear lever, it really is that simple. If you want the heating element to work you'' need the relay and switch that are required for the heated rear screen....

If you have the correct bumper brackets.
Are the irons different? I didn't realise.

Re: GRP vs tin bumper
Yes, a metal bumper will fit straight on. Be warned though, the cheap metal ones from the likes of Just Kampers are poor quality, spend the extra and buy a better product that will last.

Re: Oil Pressure.. or lack of it.
I have particularly remembered this earlier post Oil pumps move volume, the restriction to that flow is the bearing clearances. The result is back-pressure, regulated by the relief valve. I'm no expert on fluid dynamics, what I do understand, no lets call that appreciate, is that if the diameter of...

Re: Radius Rod Bush Replacement Video
Looking forward to it. Already plusgassing radius bolts although as usual I forgot to order bushed at same time as ARB bushes Clean as much rust off the threaded part as possible as it will enable you easier to spin the nut when disassembling/reassembling. I know it's obvious but I witnessed someon...

Re: Petrol tank grommets
Could it not just be the expansion tanks venting to atmosphere via the shreks ears? It could. However, it's started smelling more over recent months & I think it merits an investigation, just to be on the safe side! I'd expect it to smell more in the hot weather, do you keep it fairly well topp...

Re: Check your jacking points.
I've got a variety of jacks that I buy of ebay when I see them at the right price. Have a look for Elliot and Lake, good old English kit, also Weber supplied with vw and merc vans. You can't have too many jacks especially when they don't cost the earth second hand.
