Hi,
What do you all do to keep the light out of the van?
Have seen privacy screens for the front windows, am not a fan of curtains around the rest, so has anyone found a decent solution??
Thanks

We use a wrap around external windscreen cover which is a great insulator & zero condensation. Then on the inside we use internal silver screens. The suckers for the windows never stayed on so my wife sewed some nice curtain material on the back & added strong magnets top & bottom inside the hem. They hold pretty well to the inside of the van. (Still use the suckers, but it doesn't matter if one or two become unstuck) But depending on how thick your carpet liner is you may want to add some addition metal strips above/below the windows. We are currently carrying out a full refit so I will be doing this to help the magnets hold like glue.

Multivan pop on curtains, one big one fixes on b pillars behind front seats.

I'd like to see that Multisi - please?
Oh and this company do the magnetic blinds, but I've never seen them up close. Potential to be a massive faff, I imagine - bit like the silver screens. Sticking to everything before you get them where you want them - my guess, anyway. Bit negative, soz.

Cant put photos up on here, you could google vw t3 multivan gardinen but all sorts of curtains come up, the ones to look for are light grey and stretched tight against the sides without tie backs. You could make a big one piece curtain for the front and attach it on to your coat hangers with a loop of material each side and poppers lower down on to the B post.

These are the ones I have in my van. Not great at keeping the sun out early morning but I normally put a bit of silver foil bubble wrap behind them when sleeping in the van.

I bought these

( well the same as these 15 years ago ) and changed the sunscreen material for blackout .
Work well in all the windows behind the B pillar and i made a curtain floor to ceiling for at the b pillar behind the front seats , from the same blackout material.
