Now I dislike MDF as much as the next person.... but they seem the only option for a pre built interior..?
Most other places want the value of the van plus half again for an interior.
I know you get what you pay for!!
I could buy some ply and use my old units as a template, though my carpentry skills are not that great..
Has anyone used any kind of flat pack units?
Any pointers welcomed!!
Thanks

Re: New Units
A friend of mine dismantled his old camper interior, then bought a few sheets of film faced ply, used the old pieces of furniture as templates and replicated each panel using the new film faced ply, then reassembled it. He also had the tool required to cut the channel out of the edge of the panels to fit the T shaped edge trims. The resulting interior looked amazing.
Re: New Units
If you are going to use your old units as a template, I suggest you use vohringer board to make your new units.
