PS in the second pic, do the diff lock hoses run though the small hole by the kink in the brake pipe? Or do they run through with the rest of the harness and servo pipe in the corner?

I can't remember and I haven't a photo that shows it :\

So...it looks like I am on the lookout for a decent RHD petrol cab rubber floor mat again.

I have an offer of a cab mat :)

But... feeling a bit deflated right now. Weather keeps promising but there's not enough daylight just yet.

Loads of boxes to go through, I keep finding small broken things, parts that just aren't up to snuff or that I simply hadn't considered needing replacing.

All very frustrating, which is in itself, quite tiring.

I'm going with the "what do I need to get an MOT" list, the rest can wait unless its a use of otherwise dead time.

yay, i got one of those, runs right down bulk head under seat. Mine has been folded so many times to get the engine cover off that it has a permanent crease in it

This one is the same, its not perfect and I'll have to trim the corners for the aircon side trim anyway (they are marked for it on the underside)
A lot of people seeem to think they are a JX item but my DG bus had this fitted from new.

The parts catalogue says diesel, but I guess if your dealer knew the part number he could order one and fit it to a petrol, they are still available new

Fresh problem. I presume that all petrol syncros use the circular air intake duct? I have a foul between the oval pipe and the fuel filler enclosure, which prevents the closing panel locating on both pegs.
Probably wouldnt get the oval pipe connected in there anyway...
Seem to recall that there should be an oval-to-round fitting that goes between the panel and the elbow?ImageImageImage

mine was a bit of a pain, always in the way when trying to take cover off. It wasn't in the best condition.
On my refit, I cut it to suit. It no longer needs folding or keeps falling back onto the open engine.
