A TimeSert once fitted, will never strip because they are hardened steel. Standard size plug, forever. Any "thread doctor" will be able to do the job, just avoid the cowboys.

FWIW, by the time you have "got a man in" for professional services you may as well just buy a new sump.

I'd do the job for a kind word, but don't have the kit.
