I've just redrawn the Caravelle sticker for the SA Caravelle for a customer there if you need one?
Also done the orange diff lock warning sticker for the dash too if any use, I've got limited customers for them here!

Windscreen sticker is here, I thought you had that months ago.
Michael is going to put it on the webshop shortly.

Just found it on the web shop!:)
Not that I'm desperate right now for it,but it can be added to the collection of bits for it going back together, how do I get the doff licker sticker?

We sent everything off, no spare stock.
I'll get some more printed.

Another small bit of progress made, some bits finding their way back on the van finally.
And some nice new shiny parts from Ian Holman.
Heading down to see Aidan in the morning to collect my diff and box.

That is going to look absolutely mint when it's all put back together.

I am impressed, well done :ok

Thanks, it should be nice when it's finally in one piece.
I had small hiccup yesterday morning unloading the van after picking up the bits from Aidan, one of the boys who was giving me a lift with the box lost his grip and damaged the output flange for the prop.ImageImage
So I removed the end casing with the flange attached and sent it back to Aidan for repair.
Bit of a bummer as it had been starting to take shape.
The engine is waiting for a cam coming then Andrew will be putting it back together, so I'll have another drive shortly to collect that.

Tonight I finished fitting the rear disk conversion, it's a nicely engineered bit of kit and fits spot on, just the flexis to p clip to the arm and fit the handbrake cables.
I only managed one side of the front suspension as the o/s lower arm has a stripped thread for the lower shock bolt!
Typical I never noticed till it's all painted and going back together, I've got it in at a local engineering shop for repair, prob just need a helicoil.
With any luck I should have the front diff back in on Saturday morning once it's painted.

Got the diff back in on Saturday as hoped.
Aidan sent my output casing back with a good used output flange, thankfully no damage was done to the casing or the bearing.
Last night I got the off side front suspension fitted and both front shafts so it now sits on its wheels again finally.
The engine is awaiting a cam shaft then Andrew can get it back together, from what he has told me heritage supplied it with the wrong gear so I think I may end up with a re-grind on my old one.

This morning I got the roof painted and the d pilar trays re coated as they were hard to get into when the engine bay and rear boot floor was getting done, now they have a proper amount of paint on I'm happy with.
The main reason for doing the roof on its own is because of the height of the van to try and reach over the sides to do the second coat and by the time you go to second coat the roof the over spray will land on the drying first Coat on the sides.
It also meant I can get two goes at getting the area under the gutter.
