Pulling the prop protection hangers off the chassis cut, held by 2 20mm plug welds on each

I made a small batch of these reinforcement plates years ago (the prop bar mounting tabs can get bent when out having fun)

PS you can see the vertical reinforcers for the bashplate tabs too, they were cut from heavy RSC

Is the additional bracing a plate across the crossmember and plates above the two uprights?

Yes that's it. Two horizontal welds onto the tabs and some tacks to hold the large plate onto the crossmember and it's done.

Each side showing the channel and packer piece. Gearchange side required a bit of a scallop to guarantee clearance and stop a rattle.ImageImage
