Power lock actuator removal

Anyone know how to get access to this screw? Need to remove to repair lock pull mech....am I missing something? Can’t get access to remove last screw

Never touched one but looking at the pic - isn't it held in by the pop rivets and the screws are holding the lock together?

It's a little bit tight but doable. I've managed on my van a few times. The rivets only hold the mounting plate on.

Surely that is what is needed then it is easy to access the rest of it?

Just found this picture, you can see that I've swapped the actuator without removing the plate. Note the mark to the paint made by the screw driver!
