TengTool are superb quality for the money, especially if buying big stuff. Halfords Advanced and Silverline also very good.
That is my wbx workshop kit, surprisingly few tools required.
I've got a big ¼"/⅜"/½" Draper set that I bought circa 1991 and I have only ever broken one thing: the long ¼" extension.
That and some old Britool open spanners, Argentine Bahco and unbranded larger combination spanners and assorted dross makes up my home tool kit.

I probably wouldn't recommend current Silverline tools - they're real low budget stuff - at best borderline if you really need something disposable but otherwise I wouldn't touch them.

Fair enough. I only have a few for the 14-17mm sizes that I use and nothing has worn or failed so far, they are a few years old. I have also machined one or two larger sizes down (to make front diff locking tools) and the steel is tough as the proverbial...

I think Bahco is good value for money, but my favourites are Teng, Haze and Stahlwille

Other brands I would consider but don't have any experience with is Facom, King Dick and Wera. Someone told me Stanley now produce Britool so would be sceptical buying new stuff from them.

Forgot to mention Elora - find an old set marked W-Germany and they will last forever.
Stubai (Austrian) were also a quality item BITD.
