Aircooled head stud question

Strange one on the wbx6...all the 222mm long head studs (bottom row) are bigger diameter than the usual wbx type. Threads are the same sizes though.
Do Aircooled engines use thicker head studs?
I only need one :(ImageImageImage

Probably from CU engines, they used M10xM12 x 222 studs.
