Wheel squeak?
Hi Guys
Just noticed when driving back from camping the other day that when I turn the wheel ever so slight to the left there is a loud squeak coming from the front left wheel. Going to whip the wheel off and have a look but not sure what I should be looking for!
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance.

Not having much luck here really. Not sure if you saw my last post where I got to Lyon and broke a wheel bearing. Well now I have got to Nice and the rear left brake cylinder seems to have given up the ghost and has started leaking. Any ideas why this may have happened? Not had the wheel off to insp...

Re: vw part number - front wheel bearing
Got the van back and it seems to be fine although I think the French mechanic tried to suggest that the other bearings would need replacing too because of the alloy wheels being fitted.
Surely this is not right. The wheel and tyre are the same size as the standard wheels give or take a mm or two?
