I am not sure what the original colour of my Westy was although I think it had faded over the years. I used the RAL 9010 which seems to be a standard sort of gloss white colour. Thanks to everybody that contributed to this it has worked out ok for me. I have been gradually applying coats (rustoleum white) between the monsoons and it certainly is an improvement on what I had before. I will apply another coat when the weather gets a bit better. Really impressed with the vacta...

Perhaps part of the exhaust has been lifted off a petrol model then because there is definately a large can shaped object on the straight section heading back to the silencer. Interesting! I have been keen to get rid of this section because it also has a flexible joint which rattles around on tickov...
