Re: Type Approval ?
You won't need a coc or type approval as its over 10 yes old.
You must insure and mot it before you can register it as you must pay for road fund license at the same time.
Also have you done the nova registration fro hmrc?
Again this must be done before you can register it.

Two things!
Either a "pooh" stat! Only ever use brickwerks ones
Or
Blocked rad (very common)
Had identical issues on a mates van. The old rad weighed twice as much as the new one!
It was full of flag and silted right up

Aircooled head swap shouldn't be a nightmare ray.

Hard to see the throttle arm angles but they look a bit on the pi$$.
Get shot of those filters as rob says you only need the one by the tank.
What's the pump off? What pressure is it running?

Re: T25 TWO COOLANT BOTTLES CONFUSED ??
What!!! That approach is so stupid. The header tank should always be full and is topped from the tank behind the number plate. If the level drops you need to top it back up to the max mark. That's how you can keep the system topped up and keep an eye on any problems that might occur with leaks. Why...

If the box has jammed the motor won't turn by hand, IMHO its gotta come back out.
