removing most things is pretty easy on most conversions. Just take pictures as you go so you can reassemble after the works done.

You won't get your money back from selling it for sure, the markets slumped as the pandemic is over. Syncros are still going for daft money but thats about it.
With bodywork still to be done you aren't gonna get top dollar if you sell.

Re: Knocking from ventilation system
£70?... Wow, my garage only charge £45 per hour. My friend has replaced a lot more panels and done a proper respray for that sort of money. It is the first I have heard of welding in fresh metal, and then covering with fibre-glass. Unless I am mis-understanding his use of the phrase fibre-glass in ...

It wouldn't take that long.. a day tops. E D I T After reading into what was done.. If they've done welding and fab work that's probably where the time and money went. They've also done a fair bit more than just the dash by the look of it. Breaking the screen when refitting is easily done if you rus...

Re: Van Running wierd (popping) and erratic rev counter
I'd clean the grounds in the engine bay. Maybe check the dissy cap and arm for damage, vac leaks, I know you said you checked the leads but when you check em give em a bit of a wiggle. I only say that as I had a misfire on my van very intermittent.. checked the leads all in spec, went through everyt...

Re: Knocking from ventilation system
Bloody hell I removed a dash for a chap, replaced his heater box fan and wired his stereo for 80 quid all within about 4 hours. The screws can be a bit of a bugger along the top of the dash and the heaterbox fixings.. opening the heaterboxes takes time if they are still plastic welded.. but breaking...

TDC will be a larger U shaped notch, the v will be smaller. Take a picture and post it up here and will have a look.
The U shaped notch will on the largest pulley section closest to the block.
