Re: CE1 Fuse box - Map of G Pins.
Does anyone know the correct terminal type and have any suggestions for removal tools? The cheap ones based on insulated tubular terminals don't seem to work.
With Brickwerks supplying TE parts I'm wondering if they're Mate N Lok but unsure which series.

Re: Open barrel crimp tool help
By way of an update to this, there are various crimp tools with references to 10.0mm2 open barrel crimp capability. I have yet to find one capable of such with 9.53mm2 Faston type terminals. They may be capable of 9.53mm terminals for 6.0mm2 cable. 12voltplanet.co.uk notes on their 9.5mm maxi fuse t...

Re: Open barrel crimp tool help
Just to be clear, the Brickwerks item is just an example of the terminal type.
This is the terminal I have: ALT/T105/3-3692-1-09

Re: Open barrel crimp tool help
You can get them for 10mm2 cable from Altec, unfortunately they don't supply a tool for crimping them at 10mm2.

Re: Relocating fuel filter
Bought some 6mm fuel piping from Halfords, marked as 1/4 inch, same as currently on either end of plastic piping so hopefully all will fit when reconnected and get away with difference in diameter as mentioned by bigherb. Had a look underneath and some of the piping is more accessible than others s...

For anyone who doesn't have access to a 3d printer but wants prints of STL files from the likes of thingiverse.com I can recommend performanceplasticz@gmail.com - send the STL, address and quantity required for a quote. His responses are very fast and he gets the parts out quickly. As a guide, I ord...
