Re: temp gauge

Still not sure what I want. The standard gauge on there now comes from a sensor on the cylinder block. I have used the same sensor connection so I can see what normal is on the dash gauge . As most people have put on hear in the past, normal is when the left side of the pointer sits more or less on ...

temp gauge

I have had quite a few overheating problems over the last couple of years and wrecked a couple of engine's. A very long story so I won't go there. I am now running my latest 1-9 AAZ td. Because of my previous problems I have become a little paranoid about the coolant temperature so I have just order...

I have just bought some saab seats to go in the camper. I have given them a good clean and they have come up quite well. There is a bit of wear around the drivers bolster and a bit of crazing in places. There leather is not worn out just needs a bit of feed and colour restorer. My question is which ...

Rear Saab seats

I know that the topic of front saab seats have been done too death but I was looking on ebay earlier and there is a chap selling rear saab seats that are fitted directly in his van. Has anyone done this and know how it is done. How do you fold the seat flat at night? Any good? :?

Oil gauge

I am running an AAZ 1.9td in my van. To cut a long story short I have had a few problems with engines. The last one blew while out. I have had another fitted recently. Just to be safe I bought an electronic oil gauge from ebay £14. Gauge shows digital numbers. It was fitted to the engine and the van...

AZZ is a good choice but get an oil cooler if you having got one! BW expensive £400 but well worth it. It could save you a fortune. Experience

Take broken belt to GSF and say I want one of these that hasn't broken and they will measure it and then sell you one probably for about £5! :ok

Re: 5 times on a AA truck now

I arrived home last night and found a voice message on my mobile from Mario (Maz) ranting on about one of my earlier posts and calling me a liar! I looked back at my post and I must confess I did indeed make a mistake. I wrote that I had 4 engines from Mario and that 3 blew up and 1 broke. This is n...

oil gauge

To cut a very long story short I have had problems with azz1:9 td engine's. It was suggested by my mechanic that I install a oil pressure gauge and maybe an oil temp gauge. I was looking on eBay and there are quite a few electronic ones probably made in lands far away. My first question is are they ...
