Looks like there's plenty of room for a fridge, and possibly be able to fit a Smev double hob/sink over double cupboard.

Right, gave the van a service this afternoon. Oil + filter, air filter, spark plugs, and fuel filter. I've done this dozens of times with no problems. I got a 2" memory foam mattress to go on the bed cushions in September. It's amazing the difference its made on top of the bed cushions everyone should get one IMO.

I got a quote from fellowsspeedshop, and it was going to be £6500 + vat I think that is ridiculous for doing a conversion, you can buy a van already done for near that...anybody know a specialist who would charge reasonable prices for doing a Subaru conversion for me ??
