Recon engine polished crank seal still leaking

Been a while since i posted, had a recon 1.6 td jx engine fitted about 3 years ago ran the engine in as per instructions never over revved engine kept too 50mph or under since had too change the seal 3 times as leaking oil not bad but enough to leave spots on drive, if i drive about 60mph or above i end up with oil spots on back of van. Engine runs and drives spot on apart from this. Got too the point where i’m just not bothering putting the tin ware back on know. could the crank be polished too much so that its not a perfect seal.. cheers Grey ..
