Can Solex 34 -4 carb be swapped to a 34-3?

I am in Canada and no suppler can get parts for the Solex 34-4 carb in my T25 CT. Can i install a 34-3 in it place and are there any changes that I would have to make?

One of the previous owners completely removed the choke system and I would like to have a choke system. Thanks for the link.

When I was trying to sort my Pict 5 I found 4's on UK eBay but no 5's. Maybe seller would be willing to post overseas?
