Alternative temp gauge
Which is the best hose to cut to put in a sensor point still having trouble with original gauge so need some way of watching the temp until it’s sorted. Thanks

depends what engine and what year as THE cooling systems vary

Thanks for the reply it’s 2.1 dj running on a carb all with 1.9 dg wires from 1986 it also has lpg conversion

late cooling system I'd suggest 251 121 058 A, the hose from the thermostat housing to the plastic junction as the engine coolant circulates through this regardless of whether the thermostat is open or closed
