Cab and Sliding Door Closures

Hello, I'm new to the forum. but I have had my little red van, Bee, for 14 years now.  My first 'car'
I recently had some bodywork done by Border Restoration (Shrewsbury).  Amongst other jobs they repaired the lower sections of the sliding doors and the driver cab door.  Now I am having serious issues getting the doors to seal tight or close properly.
There are patches of daylight showing through sections of the sliding doors seals, and yet the doors do not sit in flush with the body.
The Cab door takes a helluva slam to close.
The workshop have put all the issues down to the new seals needing to 'bed-in' and had no interest in trying to find a solution.  But I was after any help/advice on how the seals should be fitted, and any adjustments possible on either cab or sliding door?

Here is the NS sliding door.  You can see the bottom section is sticking out quite a lot.. It is the same on the OS.  Sorry, I can get better photos if needed, but at the minute she's somewhat covered in snow!

The door is too low causing it not to sit properly, the new seal will push the door out slightly , what’s the swage lines look like ?

Ah, too low? Ok cool.  Do you think a lot too low, or just a smidge? I think I can adjust that with the allen bolts on the door part of the lower bracket, correct?  I guess i need also to adjust the top bracket to allow the upward movement?  Here is a photo from the workshop of her side on.  Are the swage lines the grooves? The top alignment at waist height looks ok, but the lower grooves don't line up.. Again though, they have repaired the lower of the door and the B-post so i think maybe its all just out of whack

NS sliding door photos to follow.  The lower bracket looks like it could allow upward movement, but the topr roller seems to be fouling in the runner (and looks very wonky!)

OS sliding door photos...  Looks to tuck in a lot more at the bottom than the other side... Again, maybe dodgy repair work, or could it be adjustment?

And finally, the cab door.  It looks to be too far toward the front of the Van?... New seals, but I don't think they can cause as much trouble as I am having closing it.  Do I loosen the bolts and try to get better closure, or adjust the strike plate somehow?
