Hi everyone,
My T25 Caravelle GL fuel tank is leaking when filled to the brim any idea what this may be or how to fix?

Usually, the tank rubber breather pipes have perished or the tank has a rust hole in the top.

It will be either the breather system ( pipes or grommets) or the filler neck seal or the actual filler neck pipe .
It could be the actual tank, it that’s rarer than you may think .... it is nearly always the pipe work rather than the tank.
Start by a visual inspection
