Hi Ladies and Gents. Simple one today. Should my balance bar be lopsided like this.

not ideally, but often that is how the right amount of adjustment ends up to have both wheels hand~braked

They are meant to be a bit lopsided as it is not a true centre pull because the handbrake lever is too one side. That one may be a bit more than normal though.
