Using rust buster 4941

Morning All,
Well I’m hoping someone will confirm I’ve done the right thing !
Cleared all rust from O/S Snorkel Box , Vactan, two coats Rustbuster Epoxy Primer 421 and then liberally applied Rustbuster 4941 Underbody Wax .
Is this ok , as just seen comments on putting a top coat before 4941 Underseal . Rustbuster says should be Vactan, Primer, Top Coat, 121, then 4941 .
Only done under the van so far and intend to top coat the interior of Snorkel Box followed by wax .
I assumed that with getting back to clean metal, Vactan, then two coats of Epoxy 421, followed by Dinitrol 4941 Underbody Wax was ok . .
I can understand need for a top coat if lower down like sills,etc., but Snorkel Box is pretty high away from ground .
Anyway, just hoping someone will confirm what I’ve done is ok. , can’t face taking the bloody wax off and starting all over again !
