I see there is talk of introducing E10 petrol to the (10% Ethanol?). Question is will this mean that we need to change our rubber fuel lines again?

I did this job last year (with new hose) and am wondering if there is a specific hose type needed to cope with higher levels of ethanol? If so, does it have particular markings?

It depends what grade you fitted. I would avoid ever running E10 in an older vehicle, I accidentally did so briefly in Germany last year, the van DID NOT like it. The other concern is the perishable innards of things such as fuel pumps etc...

If you bought it from brickwerks then you are fine. If you bought it elsewhere, well it simply depends, the spec / markings don't really answer the right question, although there is an awful lot of internet time from keyboard warriers dedicated to the subject.

Forget it everybody knows you only buy fuel hose from Brickwerks, they are 5% cheaper too
