Pop top upgrade wanted....

Hi all,
I've got a 'CI' conversation which has solid panels which swing down from the top and up from the base of the pop top and I'm wondering if there's anything I can do to make it more user friendly. I've attached a photo of the roof elevated so you can see what I mean. It's a bit of a pain to put up, so I'm wondering if anyone knows if there is any conversion packages out there to change to the side panels, or all of the pop bit? I know I can get a complete replacement for 2.5-3k, but that's too rich for me and I'd like to keep the fixed white part of the top, it's just the elevating part that I'd like to replace, or make easier to put up. Does anyone know of anything out there? Or can recommend someone, or company to talk to about it?

PS. I know, it's in bad need of a wash, it's been parked on the Sussex coast under trees and is covered in sap and not particularly liking to sea air. TLC is on it's way though.
