Kangarooing in second

Hi All, thought I'd ask if anyone could suggest a cure for Kangarooing in second gear, it's fine driving normally but at low speeds it will tend to bounce, any Ideas.

This appears to be relatively common with diesels, and not just T25 diesels. At very low revs and open throttle something in the injection pump goes unstable. I used to get it a lot when I had the old CS engine. The AEF is much better, but will do it if very badly provoked. I found the answer was to immediately back off the throttle and change to a lower gear. If it happens too much it might damage the clutch plate drive springs.

Keep the revs up, it's kinder on the engine.

Thanks for that Colin, I Clutch down and let it slip a little till I pick up a bit of speed.
I thought it might be a soft gearbox mounting or something like that.

Cheers.
