Which engine oil for 1.6 td '89

Will be picking up my new bus next week and want to get oil and filters changed asap, what grade engine oil are people using.

I have had a look but can't seen anything about which grade engine oil to use, engine has done about 90k miles.

Found it, Oil 10W40/or 15W40
