Corsa PAS and Vehicle Speed Sensor

Hi Guys,
I am just about ready to complete my GTI AGG conversion and for part of that I have bought a speed sensor from Brickwerks to be used with the ECU.
I also have an existing Corsa electric power steering conversion installed which currently uses a knob to vary the torque and is sometimes a bit too light when travelling at speed.
When I bought it over a year ago I vaguely remember the seller saying they can be made to vary depending on the vehicle speed and was wondering if I can use the VSS for this as well as the ECU?
