Is it easy to dolly tow a T25?
Or does anyone know what the average rate for car transportation (south East) is per mile say for a 15 mile trip?
The vehicle can't be driven.

I've no idea but the easiest thing would be to put the job on
shiply. You'll need a couple of pics of the van, a quick bit of text about its condition i.e. that it needs to be winched rather than driven onto a flatbed, and where it's going from and to. Then just sit back and wait for the quotes to come in.

Normal rate for transport is around £1 / mile, south east probably with a premium and minimum charge
