IIRC. It's done using shims. Might be worth a read. https://www.thesamba.com/vw/forum/viewt ... p?t=289174" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

I think you're talking across purposes. The question was about tracking / toe (wheel pointing in / out longitudinally) rather than camber (lean of the wheel vertically)

I haven't done this on a T25 (but on many other cars) but IIRC that the rear trailing arm is mounted with elongated slots vertical / longitudinally at the front mounting end. Changing the position at which the bolts are nipped up will change camber / tracking. No adjustment bolt, but they are adjustable.

How far out is the alignment ?

I'd noticed a pull to the left. They did the fronts and said the rear was OK anyway. When I left I was given a piece of paper, I didn't pay attention and assumed was the readings. Turned out to be a "health check" for tyres. I hadn't got the rear checked after getting the trailing arms done and its been nagging me. I'll see how it goes

Get the readings and post them up, toe and camber for each wheel as a minimum is really needed.

Pulling one way or the other is not affected by front toe, unless you insist in driving with the steering wheel in the straight ahead position regardless of the direction of travel
