Loss of power up hills

Thank you for the advice, indicators fully working again. You were right it was the relay switch. My next big problem is I’m losing power up hills. It’s a 1.9 Diesel turbo but turbo is definitely not working. Anybody any idea why I’m losing power up hills please. Many Thanks.
