Whilst under the van this morning looking for where my oil drop was coming from I've found the push rod tube seals on the cylinder head end are leaking.
I gave the area a clean up with brake cleaner and fired it up go pin point exactly where it was coming from, two of the outer seals are leaking and on one the tube move a side to side as the engine is running making it leak quite bad.
Should they move when the engine is running?
They are the gold scat big mouth and probably done about 800 miles since the were fitted.

should not move as under spring tension but the scats stick so need to compress it and it should spring back

I should add they are hard to compress as you can't get your hand in I made a tool you can see it here

Thanks Paul I'll try and compress them again and see if they will re seal.
Mine can't be under much tension as the two which are leaking are fairly easy to rotate.

My leaky ones are on the drivers side of the van so I shouldn't have the clearance issues removing the push rods.
I'm assuming I won't need to re set lifters after re assembly?

you dont need to remove pushrods, just compress and let the spring do its work.
