Fridge Gas Knob Help

Evening all,

I have a 1982 Autohomes T25, with the original Electrolux (Dometic) fridge installed. Unfortunately through the ravages of time, the gas knob for the fridge has gone, leaving the semi-circular metal spigot sticking out.

I am now wanting a replacement, but cannot work out what would fit. Ebay has quite a few different types - but it would be a complete guess.

So anyone know which would fit - or even a picture of one installed/ uninstalled so I can at least make an educated guess! :)

Many thanks

Mike

You either need to show us a photo of said fridge or find the correct model or even better the serial number. There will be a label somewhere on the fridge.

Fridge is an RM122B, PROD No. 9267511, Serial number 142.

Thanks!

measure the diameter of the spindle and the diameter the knob can be

I bought these standard knobs for my fridge, they came with a set of adapters for different spindle diameters.

Thanks itchyfeet and another user who very helpfully PM'ed me pictures. I think I have something arriving that will do the job (fingers crossed!). I could still get the fridge to work, but this will just help keeping the van look a 'little' more complete!! :)
