Hi all,

I have found some rust in the top part of the sill on the o/s in my rhd panel van. It is where the side panel joins the sill. I know metal mickey had some great threads on repairing this area previously but are there any still available? by anyone? Forums have been ruined by photobucket removing permissions so im struggling to find a good pic heavy thread on the repair of that area. It is just the top part of the sill, the rear inner bit and outer sill are fine.

Pretty much that cheers dude. The outer panel has been replaced at some point so the bit I need to fix is just the floor edge. I'll just make a patch, I have some sheet steel and the rest of the still is solid.
