Looks exactly the same as mine (1.6 jx). Offer it up to your existing filter and it's a straight swap. It's impossible to get it the wrong way round. A pretty simple task, go for it.

Thabks for the reply. Ya its easy enough i know the in and out lines, but its the other circular part on the filter the stumps me. it is just a blank hole where i can see into the filter, there is no cap on it or anything.

If you offer it up to the original filter you'll see what goes there (the return lines). Remove the retaining clip and the plastic insert will come out and that will go into your fresh shiny new filter. Don't lose the retaining clip.

Regards, Max.

Hole is for thermostatic valve - most probably not used on your set up. So, wrong filter, you need the one with just 2 pipes. https://www.brickwerks.co.uk/t3-parts/e ... -pipe.html

Ya thats the issue, 2 years ago i replaced the one with a thermostatic valve with a filter without one. So needed a new one quick and thought it would come with a valve. Hmmmm will see if i can get a valve for it.

Cheers lads apprecjate the help as always
