Hi guys,
I have recently converted from a 45a alternator to a 90a. According to Brickwerks there are two lengths of belt; 1075 and 1100, which one do I need?

Definitely 1100. I just tried to fit a 1075 I had spare on a DJ with an 90 amp altenator and it doesn’t fit.

It isn't the alternator that is the critera - it is the pulley. It is so easy to measure what you need, why buy various permutations going by whatever other people have fitted to theirs?

I will measure it before I buy but as far as I am aware there are only two available pulleys. Thanks for the measuring link it’s fascinating.

9.5mm belts range between around 500mm to 1500mm length - slightly more than 2 available belts! :D
Example list of 10mm:
