Has anybody had both 3/4 and full width beds? Not at the same time of course!!! Just wondering what it's like cutting down on the amount of available space. Is it worth it? Does it make that much difference? Would appreciate a pic of a van with full width bed. One factor is that I am likely going to have an LPG conversion on it and I like the idea of the bottom of wardrobe tank. Opinions welcomed. Thanks

I went from a 3/4 to a full width and don't think I'd ever go back. The full width is the same as a king size bed, so it feels just like home. I have my LPG tanks in the space under the bed/seats.

If I can be cheeky: Any chance of a pic with a view of the 'kitchen' units. No probs if not. Thanks

No kitchen units fitted, sorry. There was once a cooking unit behind the front seats, but that's now been replaced with the original multivan buddy seat.

Depends on how much sleeping space you need. I missed the extra storage space and worktops and prefer the 3/4 setup.

Significant Other had a full width r&r bed in his splittie, and it was just like bed at home, but he only had a fridge and a small cupboard so much less storage. Daughter's t25 had a 3/4 bed and it was "snug" to say the least, but room for a cooker and sink.
Depends on your priorities. If you're going to sites with facilities do you NEED to be able to do the washing up in your van? And would a portable cooker be adequate? If so, go for the comfort of the big bed.

And lots of storage just encourages bring lots of "stuff".

The Boss is tall, and made up of knees and elbows. Full width allows a decent nights kip, which for us balances out the arguments over what to bring due to less storage space.
Put a hightop on and regain the storage space lost by going 3/4 to full width. It's what I did.

I've had 3/4 and full width, and wouldn't go back to 3/4.

Pop round some time, now the garage is a bit more accessible I can lift out the kitchen unit for you have a look.
There's not much to it TBH so I may try and be a little more creative on the rebuild.

Busy this week but will try. Just started putting my kitchen back in. Not too happy with it so far.
