We've got a recent problem that has developed -

When switching the headlights on, the warning light on temperature gauge flashes and the radio turns off. Clearly this is an electrical issue of some sort. Been through the wiring and checked all the connections - everything seems OK. Changed headlight bulbs, just in case. Problem still there.

Any ideas?

I would suspect an earth issue, check the earth crowns and ensure there is good contact between the crowns and the body of the van.

Done that already - but will go through them all again
