Hello!
Has anybody ever come across this?
Just took my 6 mefro wheels and 6 goodrich tyres down to my tyre place to get them fitted and one of the wheel/tyres was impossible to balance apparently...
The tyres are in good second hand condition. The mefros are second hand but have no visible faults.
Im thinking of taking it somewhere else to double check but i cant imagine they will come across anything different.
Any ideas? thoughts?

Check there is not any run out on the rim first that can make them hard to balance.

i had a shogun sport with a wheel that wouldnt balance with the trye on so the garage spun the rim up on its own (no tyre fitted) and the rim was warped a buckle doesnt necessarily have to be a dent in the rim

Crack bead, rotate tyre 180 and try it again

Just to tidy things up a bit....
turns out the wheel is buckled, which is annoying as i painted it.
Oh well!
