Left Indicator Issue / Full Beam Indicator not working

Lets start with a video:

So basically when I indicate left it works if I pull the stalk down a fraction but on full pull down the left indicator doesn't work. Hazards they both work, right works but left not if level all way down. Dirty contact? Worth cleaning of just buy another from Brickwerks for £10?
Secondly I am not sure if full beam is working correctly or if the little blue full beam light is knackered.
