forgotten far more than i remember

since I have forgotten FAR more than I remember, I was wondering if some kind soul could help me out,, since Google seems to be a jack of all trades and a master of none...!!
what is the name of the conversions that provide a pop top that opens from the area just after where the front seats are open up towards the back... therefore the hydraulic rams are on both sides as to just one side like with a side opening pop top... I am fairly certain westie is one version ... but was aware of atleast 3 others back in the day, seems to remember reimo (could be wrong) doing one...?
I have asked Google and there are so many ill informed fools these days that is it like looking fool a needle in a demolished building... alrighty then... thanks for any potential help...
