Westy fridge door

Morning fellow owners, I'm in the process of refurbing my sink/cooker unit and want to change the colour.
To that end I have ordered a set of hinges to replace the original brown.
My question is how do I get to the last rivet underneath the fridge door assembly?
I can see the top rivet (only 1?) but the door internals cover the the bottom rivet, is it easy enough to remove that part?
Has anyone else done this and can give me a guide on the possible pitfalls?
