Hi all,

I'm starting to get a little ahead of myself here. Not even close to having the engine sorted and not even looked at wiring yet. However, Im impatient and want to make some progress. I've had a search about but there are quite a few options and I'm not that bright really so was after something in one place I can refer to and keep coming back to.

1. Which sound deadening stuff is recommended? I don't have loads to spend but id pay for quality if it makes a decent difference against the cheap stuff. What adhesive is used? Do they come ready to fit with sticky glue on one side?

2. What insulation is recommended? Is the ebay foil stuff any good? How many rolls do I need? What do i use to stick it down?

3. Flooring? Is it just a piece of ply screwed to the floor? Then cabinets screw into that?

4. Carpets, for walls and ceiling? I don't have a headliner and I'm using carpet. Which type of carpet is the type to use? Acoustic stuff? What is that stretch stuff all about? Just carpet glue it all down?

I'd appreciate any recommendations and links or if this is already covered in the wiki and I've just missed it that would be great!

Cheers everyone :)
