Swing Out Bike Rack?

Hi,
Have seen swing out rear brackets for accessories. I 'm considering if a "swing out" exists for bikes and will be suitable for my Atlantic.
If they are around which are the best, how are they installed and are there any negatives to using them.
I use a rear door stay which locks and holds the rear door partially open... Will this be an issue when using a "swing out".
